Our story starts in 2019, within the walls of Prairie Crossfit located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Based upon a belief in movement as medicine, and the ability of each and every individual to self heal, CDH Physiotherapy was founded! Within our 4 cozy walls we deliver 1 on 1 Physiotherapy, & strongly believe in empowering our clients along their journey to recovery, and beyond. 1 on 1 Physiotherapy means you will be seen by a Physiotherapist throughout the entire duration of your session, without having to share them with 2 or 3 other people.
At CDH Physiotherapy our mission is to help Winnipeg active adults, exercisers, & athletes move towards their best life and keep doing the activities they love. However, we have also worked with a wide variety of clientele, of all ages & ability levels. We hold a firm belief in Creating Durable Humans that can take on the challenges that life may throw at them.
Not only do we believe in helping people with their rehabilitation goals, but we also believe in movements ability to help people avoid many of the injuries they may encounter in the first place.
As such, we made it a priority to offer services that allows our clients to continue making progress once they are recovered from their original concerns, or before concerns come up. Our Movement Programming is perfect for anyone looking to take-charge of their health & well-being. These sessions starts with your Physiotherapist going over your goals & desires, followed by a variety of education & movement components to help you achieve them. Looking for some guidance with your health & wellness? Not sure where to start? Our Wellness Coaching will get you on the right track. During this session, you will discuss with your Therapist where you’re currently at, & also where you want to go. Together, you will both come up with a plan that will help you get there!
If our clinic seems like the right fit, we would love to hear from you!
We look forward to working with you!
